Name My Reward is a free, voluntary, online reward selection program designed to make sure that the reward you get is the reward you want. At Name My Reward, it's all about choice. Visitors to Name My Reward register their Name My Reward reward code, and are presented with four reward options (dining, shopping, grocery, and travel options), along with the opportunity to review the key benefits and terms for each reward. They then choose the reward they would prefer, and Name My Reward delivers that reward to them by email.
Name My Reward records the computer IP address and redemption activity for every redemption and attempted redemption, and that attempts to redeem the same code more than once, attempts to redeem multiple codes, giving your code to someone else to redeem, or attempts to redeem a code not issued directly to you will result in termination of your reward code, and may result in referral to our fraud department and possibly to the legal authorities. | |
Typically, it takes up to four hours for Name My Reward to put together your reward email and send it to you. If you completed your Name My Reward code redemption, and it has been more than four hours, please enter your code and email address below and we will re-send your fulfillment email. | |||||

May we ask why you're trying to send Name My Reward (a reward company) an email about something you want to cancel? All we do here at Name My Reward is deliver rewards to customers. We have nothing to do with what you are trying to cancel. We did not sell you anything. We never charged you anything. We can't cancel anything for you. We can't give you a refund. If you need to cancel something, then you need to contact the company that sold it to you. That is not Name My Reward. Often, you can find their telephone number on your credit card statement. |
