The Name My Reward program (“NAME MY REWARD”) and www.namemyreward.com website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Loyalty Incentives, LLC (“Company”).

 

At NAME MY REWARD, it is our goal that every customer's experience is a successful and satisfying one, and that you get full value from the reward you've received. We've designed these Reward Redemption Instructions and Terms of Use ("Terms") to help you fully understand your NAME MY REWARD reward, how to redeem it, how to get full value from the reward you select, your responsibilities as a reward redeemer, and our responsibilities as the administrator of the NAME MY REWARD reward and the NAME MY REWARD reward selection website. The following Terms constitute a contract between you (hereafter referred to as "you", or "customer") and the NAME MY REWARD program, their owners, affiliates, agents, administrators, and assigns (also referred to as "we", "NAME MY REWARD", "NMR" or "Company"). Your redemption of your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code, as defined herein, signifies your complete understanding and acceptance of these Reward Redemption Instructions and Terms of Use. For your convenience, Customer Support tools are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the program website: www.namemyreward.com and our Customer Support team is always happy to assist you in any way we can.

 

1. Overview. NAME MY REWARD is an online rewards selection and reward delivery website, where you can redeem a NAME MY REWARD reward code that was provided to you by a third party via a printed NAME MY REWARD certificate, a digital PIN sent by email, or a reward code found on a printed letter ("Reward Code"), simply review the reward options and terms, choose a reward,  then NAME MY REWARD delivers the reward you've selected to you via email, along with detailed instructions on how you can redeem your selected reward with the provider/administrator of that specific reward, subject to the terms and conditions associated with the reward you have selected. NAME MY REWARD does not sell anything, and NAME MY REWARD does not determine which customers get NAME MY REWARD rewards. Rather, NAME MY REWARD rewards are given out by third parties (or at their direction) as rewards, bonuses, thank you gifts, promotional incentives, etc. and those third parties decide which customers get NAME MY REWARD rewards.

 

HELPFUL NOTE: Because NAME MY REWARD rewards are sent out by third parties as rewards, bonuses, thank you gifts, etc., sometimes customers can get a little confused about who to contact for what. Here's a helpful guide: If you have a question or issue regarding your NAME MY REWARD reward, then please contact NAME MY REWARD. We will be happy to assist you. If you have a question or issue with a third party from whom you may have bought something, signed up for something, or been given something, then please contact that third party company directly.

 

2. Online Registration & Delivery of Reward. To redeem your NAME MY REWARD reward, you will need a unique Reward Code given to you by a third party. To redeem your NAME MY REWARD reward, you must fully complete the simple online reward registration and selection process found at www.namemyreward.com. Your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code can only be entered on the www.namemyreward.com website ("Site"). The online registration process, which NAME MY REWARD has designed to be as simple and customer friendly as possible, will ask you to (1) enter a valid NAME MY REWARD Reward Code, (2) provide the requested basic information so that NAME MY REWARD can deliver your reward to you via email, (3) review your reward options and select your specific reward, (4) confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms, and (5) finalize your reward selection ("Successful Reward Selection"). NAME MY REWARD has no obligation to honor your reward unless your reward registration qualifies as a Successful Reward Selection, meaning that you have successfully completed the five (5) redemption steps outlined above. Upon a Successful Reward Selection, NAME MY REWARD will immediately email your selected reward to you, including detailed reward redemption information. Instructions on our website, in fulfillment emails and on/accompanying any Reward Certificate/PIN are incorporated herein as program terms.

 

HELPFUL NOTE: The NAME MY REWARD website is full of helpful information to make sure you can easily redeem and get full value from your selected reward. If you have any questions or are having any difficulty doing so, please contact NAME MY REWARD Customer Support. We will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

 

3. One (1) Redemption Per Household. Each NAME MY REWARD Reward Code is redeemable only once, and only by the person to whom it was directly issued. There is a limit of one (1) NAME MY REWARD reward redemption per household.

 

4. No Expiration of NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes. For your convenience, NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes have no expiration date. You may take as much time as you want to redeem your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code and make your reward selection.

 

HELPFUL NOTE: Once you make your reward selection, and NAME MY REWARD has delivered your selected reward to you, you are subject to the terms and conditions of the reward you selected, which may include a reward expiration date.
 

5. Accurate Information. You must provide true and valid information to NAME MY REWARD in order to redeem your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code. Providing false or misleading information, including using a name, address, telephone number, or email address that is not yours, may result in de-activation of the applicable NAME MY REWARD Reward Code and ineligibility to redeem.

6. Online Program Only. You understand that NAME MY REWARD is an online program and only provides for online redemption and online customer service. NAME MY REWARD does not offer telephone-based customer service.

HELPFUL NOTE: It is our goal that every NAME MY REWARD reward recipient is able to get full value from their reward. If you do not have access to a computer, or do not have internet access, you may still redeem your reward by accessing the NAME MY REWARD website from the computer of a family member, neighbor, or friend, at the workplace, or in a public facility like a library.

7. Reward Status. It is important to us that you understand exactly what NAME MY REWARD is and what NAME MY REWARD is not. NAME MY REWARD Certificates/PINs are not gift certificates, gift cards, e-gift certificates, or e-gift cards. NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes may not be redeemed directly in stores or for online purchases. NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes are not redeemable for cash and have no separate/independent cash value outside of their intended use. NAME MY REWARD is best thought of as a customer reward, bonus, thank you gift, promotional incentive, etc. that entitles the recipient to their choice of a reward. NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes are not transferable.

 

HELPFUL NOTE: If anyone, including the third party that provided this reward to you, made a claim to you about NAME MY REWARD that is inconsistent with the information herein, please bring that to our immediate attention by contacting NAME MY REWARD Customer Support. We take things like that very seriously and will do everything we can to help.

 

8. Free & Voluntary Program. NAME MY REWARD is a free reward selection and reward delivery process. Your use of the NAME MY REWARD website and your reward selection and reward delivery process are entirely voluntary. You did not purchase your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code. NAME MY REWARD did not charge you anything for your reward. This reward was provided to you at no cost by a third party as a customer reward, bonus, thank you gift, promotional incentive, etc. Your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code may not be sold or given away to others. De-activation, malfunction, misuse, or lack of redemption of any NAME MY REWARD Reward Code does not entitle you to any refund, credit, claim, compensation, or legal recourse or redress of any kind.

 

HELPFUL NOTE: If anyone made you pay to receive your NAME MY REWARD, please bring that to our attention immediately by contacting NAME MY REWARD Customer Support. We will be happy to assist you. We take things like that very seriously and will do everything we can to help.

 

9. Additional Action Required Upon Name My Reward Redemption & Individual Reward Terms and Conditions. Once you have selected a particular reward and received the reward delivery email from NAME MY REWARD with the full details of the reward you selected, you will need to redeem that reward by following the terms and conditions and redemption procedure of the provider/administrator of that particular reward to claim your reward, which will be disclosed to you in the reward fulfillment email you receive from NAME MY REWARD, and which you will also find on the website of the provider/administrator of that particular reward, which NAME MY REWARD will make sure is included with your reward delivery details. Each of the available reward options has an actual dollar savings value to the recipient if the reward is redeemed per the terms of the provider/administrator of that reward. For example, one (1) of the available reward options is a fifty dollar ($50.00) travel gift card ("Travel Gift Card"). If a customer chooses the Travel Gift Card, NAME MY REWARD will deliver a Travel Gift Card to the customer, along with instructions for how and where to redeem it. The customer then goes to the Travel Gift Card reward provider/administrator website, searches the reward provider/administrator website database for hotel results/travel dates that are to the customer's liking (i.e. a 6 night, 7 day stay at a hotel in Orlando, Florida). The customer then selects the hotel option of their choice and proceeds to check out/booking. At checkout, the customer is able to apply the Travel Gift Card dollar savings amount ($50.00) to their transaction, thus reducing the cost of the customer's hotel booking by fifty dollars ($50.00). This means that the Travel Gift Card enabled a savings of fifty dollars ($50.00). It is in this way that the reward options available through NAME MY REWARD offer value to recipients. Other available reward options enable savings of twenty five dollars ($25.00) on a participating restaurant’s dining bill, up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) in savings on retail purchases through a rebate process, up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) in grocery coupons savings, etc. As detailed above, each of the reward options will require additional redemption/action steps on the part of NAME MY REWARD reward recipient, and those redemption/action steps may typically require some cash consideration on the part of the recipient, which we are happy to preview here, in an effort to provide as much information and help to the reward recipient as possible when selecting a specific reward. NAME MY REWARD charges recipients  nothing with regard to their redemption of these individual rewards. Further NAME MY REWARD does not benefit from, or have anything to do with, any type of consideration which may ultimately be paid by a customer as a result of their redemption of a particular reward they have selected on the NAME MY REWARD website. NAME MY REWARD is simply a reward selection and fulfillment website. Once a customer has selected, and NAME MY REWARD has email fulfilled a particular reward, the primary relationship regarding redeeming and honoring that particular reward is between the recipient and the specific reward provider/administrator of that customer-selected reward. Below is an overview of the "consideration" elements associated with available rewards:

 

a. For the dining reward option, the customer searches the reward provider/administrator's database for a participating restaurant that is to their liking. The customer selects the restaurant, prints the applicable restaurant savings voucher off of the provider/administrator’s website, and takes it to the restaurant. While terms do vary slightly from restaurant to restaurant, typically the customer must spend a minimum of thirty five dollars ($35.00) or fifty dollars ($50.00) at that restaurant to use their twenty five dollar ($25.00) savings voucher, which is deducted from the customer's bill (i.e. a thirty five dollar ($35.00) bill would be reduced to ten dollars ($10.00), and a fifty dollar ($50.00) bill would be reduced to twenty five dollars ($25.00)). With this reward, the customer can derive the value of up to twenty dive dollars ($25.00) in savings on their restaurant bill. This is a process administered by the reward provider/administrator. NAME MY REWARD has nothing to do with this transaction. Any monies paid in this transaction are paid by the customer directly to the participating restaurant.

 

b. For the travel gift card reward option, the customer goes to the Travel Gift Card reward provider/administrator website, searches the reward provider/administrator’s website database for participating hotel results/travel dates that are to the customer's liking (i.e. a 6 night, 7 day stay at a hotel in Orlando, Florida). The customer then selects the hotel option of their choice and proceeds to check out/booking. At checkout, the customer is able to apply the Travel Gift Card amount ($50.00) to their qualifying transaction, thus reducing the cost of the customer's hotel booking by fifty dollars ($50.00). With this reward, the customer can derive the value of up to fifty dollars ($50.00) in savings on their hotel booking. This is a process administered by the reward provider/administrator. NAME MY REWARD has nothing to do with this transaction. Any monies paid by the customer in this transaction are paid by the customer directly to the reward provider/administrator’s travel booking engine.

 

c. For the grocery reward option, the customer selects grocery coupons that they would like hand-clipped by the grocery reward provider/administrator and mailed directly to the customer. The customer pays a small processing/sorting fee of ten percent (10%) of the face value of the coupons selected, plus a one-time shipping and handling fee ($0.75) to the grocery reward  provider/administrator. The processing/sorting fee is bonused back to the customer in the form of additional face value coupons equal to or greater than the processing/sorting fee paid by the customer.  The grocery reward program also features printable coupons. As with any coupon, the customer can only take advantage (i.e. derive financial benefit from) the coupon if the customer purchases the product(s) for which the coupon(s) is/are intended. With this reward, the customer can derive the value of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) in face value grocery coupon savings, plus the available bonus savings benefits. This is a process administered by the reward provider/administrator. NAME MY REWARD has nothing to do with this transaction. Any monies paid by the customer in this transaction are paid by the customer directly to the grocery reward provider/administrator..

 

d. For the retail rebate reward option, the customer collects receipts totaling one hundred dollars ($100.00) or more in purchases made each month at eligible retailers over a four (4) month period and submits them each month to the Retail Rebate Reward provider/administrator to earn up to four (4) twenty five dollar ($25.00) gift cards and/or electronic PayPal payments over those four (4) consecutive months. With this reward, the customer can derive the value of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) in retailer gift cards and/or electronic PayPal payments for qualifying purchases. This is a process administered by the reward provider/administrator. NAME MY REWARD has nothing to do with this transaction. Any monies paid by the customer in this transaction are paid by the customer directly to the selected retailers.

 

e. For the Bahamas cruise reward option, for the customer to book the Bahamas cruise (for two adults), the customer must pay, per the Bahamas cruise reward provider/administrator terms, a refundable fifty nine dollar ($59.00) deposit per traveler to the provider/administrator of the Bahamas cruise. The customer is also responsible to pay for certain taxes, port charges, and fees associated with their travel. Per the reward provider/administrator terms, a per person per day fuel supplement may apply, and a gratuity fee per traveler applies for use of the on-board "Sign & Travel" card. With this reward, the customer can derive the value of two (2) nights  for two (2) adults on a participating Bahamas cruise. This is a process administered by the reward provider/administrator. NAME MY REWARD has nothing to do with this transaction. Any monies paid by the customer in this transaction are paid by the customer directly to the Bahamas cruise reward provider/administrator.

 

f. For the vacation getaway reward option, for the customer to book the three (3) day and two (2) night vacation (for two adults), the customer must send in a refundable fifty dollar ($50.00) room deposit to the Vacation Getaway reward provider/administrator.. The customer is also responsible to pay for certain taxes and fees associated with their travel. With this reward, the customer derives the value of three (3) days and two (2) nights’ accommodation in the participating and available location of their choice. This is a process administered by the reward provider/administrator. NAME MY REWARD has nothing to do with this transaction. Any monies paid by the customer in this transaction are paid by the customer directly to the vacation getaway reward provider/administrator.

 

10. Non-Affiliation with Provider/Administrator of Reward(s). NAME MY REWARD is simply a reward selection and fulfillment website. NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes are reward registration codes that give you access to select a consumer reward. NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes are not the actual consumer rewards themselves. NAME MY REWARD is not a provider/administrator of the consumer reward options featured on the NAME MY REWARD website. NAME MY REWARD is not responsible in any way for the actual reward provider/administrator's ultimate fulfillment, satisfaction, service, experience, or the terms and conditions of the specific reward you select on the NAME MY REWARD website. NAME MY REWARD does not provide or administer these rewards in any way.

 

HELPFUL NOTE: NAME MY REWARD does want to insure that you get full value from your reward and will be happy to help you however we can. 11. Non-Affiliation with Marketer. Again, it is very important to us at NAME MY REWARD that you understand exactly who we are, and who we are not. NAME MY REWARD is not affiliated with the third party that provided you your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code, nor is NAME MY REWARD affiliated with any program, product or service that third party may have offered, sold or given to you. NAME MY REWARD is simply a reward selection and reward delivery website. NAME MY REWARD is not responsible for any inaccurate statement that any third party may have told you or promised you about NAME MY REWARD about your NAME MY REWARD reward, or about any of the reward options available through NAME MY REWARD. NAME MY REWARD has never billed you, and will never attempt to bill you. NAME MY REWARD has never called you to sell you anything, and will never attempt to call you to sell you anything. NAME MY REWARD has never sold you anything, and will never attempt to sell you anything in the future. You cannot cancel any third party program which you may have accepted, or any product or service you may have purchased, whether on a trial or ongoing basis, return any product, complain about any program or product, get a refund, or cancel any billing you are incurring, by contacting NAME MY REWARD, as NAME MY REWARD has nothing to do with those programs, products or services and has nothing to do with their billing or any charges you may have incurred. NAME MY REWARD does not provide customer service or support for those third party programs, and  NAME MY REWARD cannot contact those third parties on your behalf. If you were promised a NAME MY REWARD Reward Code from a third party and did not receive it, you will need to contact that third party directly, as NAME MY REWARD did not/does not determine which customers do or do not receive NAME MY REWARD rewards.

12. Security. For security purposes, NAME MY REWARD records the computer IP address and redemption activity for every redemption and every attempted redemption. Attempts to redeem previously redeemed NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes more than once, attempts to redeem multiple NAME MY REWARD Reward Codes, attempts to mislead, corrupt, damage, or modify the reward redemption process, or attempts to redeem a NAME MY REWARD Reward Code not issued directly to you, are prohibited and may result in de-activation of your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code and referral to our fraud department.

 

13. Substitution. NAME MY REWARD is constantly looking for the best possible reward selection options for customers. NAME MY REWARD reserves the sole and exclusive right to substitute any consumer reward with a similar reward that is deemed to be of equal or greater value by NAME MY REWARD. Should a substitution be necessary, NAME MY REWARD will communicate that to you, and will be glad to work with you to insure your full and complete satisfaction.

 

14. Complaints and Concerns. Your feedback is important to us. Providing you with a quality reward that is of value to you and easy to redeem is important to us. Insuring this program has been accurately described and represented to you is important to us. Making sure that you have an excellent customer experience with NAME MY REWARD is also very important to us. The NAME MY REWARD website has extensive Customer Support tools designed to insure that your experience is a successful and satisfying one, and NAME MY REWARD Customer Support is available to you 24 hours a day, through the Customer Support tools section on the NAME MY REWARD website. As a courtesy, and in the spirit of working together to cooperatively address any issue you may have, you agree that, should you have any complaint, concern, issue, malfunction, question, or problem regarding your NAME MY REWARD Reward Code, that you will first contact NAME MY REWARD Customer Support to resolve the issue. You agree that submitting a complaint regarding NAME MY REWARD to a commercial entity, a regulatory entity, or a governmental entity may, that is false, misleading, or inaccurate may cause harm to NAME MY REWARD. You understand and acknowledge that NAME MY REWARD will defend itself and may have a right to assert its damages against false, misleading, or inaccurate claims in such a case. We would always ask that you give NAME MY REWARD an opportunity to address any issue you may have and we commit to doing everything possible to make sure your experience with NAME MY REWARD is to your full and complete satisfaction.

15. Disclaimer. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL NAME MY REWARD, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR COINCIDENTAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM, OR ARISE OUT OF THE USE OF, THE ABILITY TO USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS REWARD, OR ANY SELECTED REWARD DELIVERED BY NAME MY REWARD. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, THIRD PARTY MISREPRESENTATION, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF NAME MY REWARD, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR COINCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE LIABILITY OF NAME MY REWARD, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS IN SUCH JURISDICTION SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW OR BY YOUR JURISDICTION.

16. No Warranty. THIS SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. NAME MY REWARD MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY OF THE BENEFITS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OR RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU FROM NAME MY REWARD, FROM ANY THIRD PARTY OR FROM THE VENDOR/PROVIDER/ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DELIVERED REWARD, IF APPLICABLE. NAME MY REWARD DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE BENEFITS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE OR THE PARTICIPATING VENDORS/ADMINISTRATORS/PROVIDERS IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. FURTHER, PLEASE NOTE THAT NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THIS SITE OR OUR PARTICIPATING VENDORS OR FROM ANY THIRD PARTY SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT.

NAME MY REWARD, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE NAME MY REWARD WEBSITE AND DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE NAME MY REWARD WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED AND ERROR FREE. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU USE THE NAME MY REWARD WEBSITE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA OR TIME OR LOST OPPORTUNITY COSTS THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THE SITE.

NAME MY REWARD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss incurred or suffered by any user in connection therewith. Your access and use of linked websites, including the products, services and materials found therein, is solely at your own risk and constitutes an interaction directly between you and those websites, and the owner/administrator thereof, which is separate and distinct from your interaction with the NAME MY REWARD website.

19. Intellectual Property. You hereby agree and acknowledge that NAME MY REWARD owns all right, title and interest in and to the NAME MY REWARD website, including, without limitation, all Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, and any and all other proprietary rights. You acknowledge that all marks that appear throughout the NAME MY REWARD website belong to NAME MY REWARD, or the respective owners of such marks, and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. Any use of any of the marks appearing throughout the NAME MY REWARD website without the express written consent of NAME MY REWARD or the owner of the mark, as appropriate, is prohibited.

20. Governing Law. Governing law for these Terms shall be the law of the State of Delaware. The courts of the State of Connecticut, Fairfield County, shall have exclusive venue and jurisdiction over any claims brought under these Terms.

21. Modification of Terms. NAME MY REWARD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update or modify these Terms from time to time, and at any time, without individual notice to you, and advises you that regular edits are made to improve the performance of the program for customers. You are advised to review these Terms prior to your reward registration and selection. Your continued and subsequent use of the NAME MY REWARD website following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

 

22. Privacy. NAME MY REWARD does not market to reward recipients or customers, does not send promotional emails, and does not sell customer data to any third party for any reason, nor will we ever sell reward recipient or customer data. NAME MY REWARD may collect information before or after you redeem a NAME MY REWARD Reward Code. When you visit the NAME MY REWARD website you may provide to NAME MY REWARD what is generally called "personally identifiable" information (such as your name and email address), which is simply and exclusively collected and used for the purposes of the reward selection and fulfillment process. "Cookies" Information: When you visit NAME MY REWARD, we may send one (1) or more cookies (a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters) to your computer. NAME MY REWARD may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the NAME MY REWARD website. 23. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and, at our option, defend NAME MY REWARD, and company from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys fees and expenses) arising from your improper use of this Site/Program/Reward, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement, or the infringement or use of any Intellectual Property Rights (as defined herein).

 

24. Assignment. You agree that NAME MY REWARD may assign its’ rights and obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of NAME MY REWARD’s successors, assigns and licensees.

 

25. Entire Agreement. You agree that these Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and NAME MY REWARD and that, should any of these terms be stricken or voided by any court, those terms shall be severable and the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
